Carol was born on July 12, 1950 in Kansas City, Missouri, a daughter of Samuel and Maxine (Murphy) Jones.
A memorial service and celebration of life for Carol will be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at 10:00 AM at the Sparkman Richardson Funeral Home, located at 1029 S. Greenville Avenue, Richardson, TX 75081.
A reception will be held immediately following the memorial service also at Sparkman Richardson.
Carol is survived by two daughters: Korie Kimrey and Mark Kimrey of Plano, Texas and Shannon Nicole Stilwell of Plano, Texas.
She is also survived by: Her sisters, Linda McMullin and Donna Theno
She is preceded in death by: Genevieve Nan Dowling.
Carol Elain Dowling enjoyed dancing and spending time with her grandchildren, Jackson Stilwell, Sophie Stilwell, and Canon Kimrey.
Sparkman Richardson Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
