Billy Lee Harper Jr.

Billy had a career in Party Decorating for 67 years at Bill Reed Decorations. He had a passion for the Texas Longhorns, trains, cars, western movies, gardening, and watching ALL sports. Billy will always be remembered as a loving husband, caring father and grandfather, and thoughtful friend.

Billy is survived by his eldest son Greg Harper, daughters Angie Contreras (Mario Contreras), Natalie Pomroy (Ronald Pomroy), Jessica Irvin (Cameron Irvin); and son Chase Harper (Sara Harper); grandchildren Stone Irvin, Riley Pomroy, Scout Irvin, Steele Irvin, Braylee Pomroy, Colin Pomroy; his sister Patsy Turrentine, nephew Jeff Turrentine (Britton Turrentine), great nephew Brenden Turrentine.

He was predeceased by his mother Lois Harper, father Billy Harper, daughter Jennifer Harper, and granddaughter Maggie Contreras.
