

Sharon grew up in Los Angeles and graduated from the University of Southern California. She spent the majority of her professional career in the Airline Industry until her retirement from Alaska Airlines in 2007.
Sharon enjoyed traveling and loved to experience other languages, cultures and communities. Although her travels took her to many parts of Europe and South America, her favorite places were Catalina Island (where she vacationed with Family) and Hawaii.
Following her retirement, Sharon was active participant in many clubs, including Red Hat Club, Book Club, Hula Club, Garden Club, Alaska Airlines Retiree Events, Women’s Overseas Service League, and was also a Volunteer at the Village Theatre in Issaquah.
Sharon had a love for reading, Baseball, Soccer, and always enthusiastically supported her children and grandchildren in all of their endeavors.
Sharon was devoted to her family. She was a loving wife to Hernan Norambuena; a cherished mother to Karl (Rachel) Norambuena and Jill (Justin) Keener; and a beloved proud grandmother to her grandchildren, Kamron Norambuena, Mikaela Norambuena and Miles Keener.
A memorial service will be held on May 21, 2025 at 9:00 AM at St John the Baptist Catholic Church in Covington. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Heart Association.
