He retired from Seattle City Light after a long-distinguished career of nearly 25 years of service as an Electrician Constructor. He enjoyed many things, such as basketball, running, biking, triathlons, traveling, eating, learning new facts, people, and especially his family.
He is survived by his children, Serena (Jeff), Jamie, Ryan (Romelyn), Jessica, and Travis, grandchildren, who were the light of his life, Kayley, Tyler, Josafeen, Katanaa, Nolan, and Bryson, siblings, Gary, Barbara, Connie, and Janelle, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and his aunt Sharon Briggs.
He was predeceased by his parents Earl Avais Boyd, Beverly Kay Boyd, and his grandson Josiah Earl Boyd.
