Born in Reading on March 21, 1975, she was a daughter of Brenda McMullen and Darryl Adams.
A 1992 Reading High School graduate, Tiffany raised a family before going back to school at Berks Technical Institute where she graduate with her Associates degree.
Tiffany was employed with Tower Health Reading Hospital as a Room Service Ambassador since 2015. Prior to that, she was employed with Applebee's Restaurant on Fifth St. and in Wyomissing, Albright College, the former Arner's and the Inn at Reading in food service.
Tiffany was a hard working, ambitious. loving and caring soul that put everyone's needs before her own. She brought so much joy to everyone she touched. Tiffany was the person who stood out in a room full of people. She would strive to make everyone laugh with her larger than life personality.
Tiffany enjoyed being with family, having fun, laughing, reading, cooking eating tacos, the color green, the Philadelphia Eagles and vacationing with her children.
Surviving are her four children: Siani Michelle Morales, Makylah Estee Morales, Savaun Marques Concepcion and Mathias Emil Concepcion; one granddaughter: Emileah and a grandchild on the way.
Also surviving are her mother, Brenda McMullen; her father, Darryl Adams; three brothers: Adriann Fleming, Guillian Fleming and Shaun Adams; four sisters: Jennifer Wartluft, Tamara McMullen, Victoria Adams and Ciara Adams and many nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by a brother: Jordan Adams, twin Victoria Adams.
A Celebration of Tiffany's Life will be Sunday, December 23, 2018 at 2pm in Auman's Inc. Funeral Home, 390 W. Neversink Rd., Reading, PA 19606. Gathering before the service will begin at 12pm in the funeral home on Sunday.
