Sandra "Sandy" Lee Remp, 57, of Mount Penn, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 under the wonderful and devoted care of Heartland Hospice and Tower Health Reading Hospital, R Bldg., 3rd floor staff.
Sandy was the devoted wife of Ricky Lee Remp. The couple were married 39 years.
Born in Reading at Community General on October 2, 1960, Sandy was the daughter of Suzann "Suzie" (Schwartz) Melot and the late Richard "Tubby" W. Melot.
Sandy was predeceased by her beloved and greatly missed dog Ubu.
She was employed with Grafika Commercial Printing Inc. for 37 years as a silk screen operator. The long employment allowed Sandy to make some very special and loyal friends.
Sandy's greatest enjoyment was spending time with those she loved.
Survivors include her mother, her husband, many relatives, friends and her two furry children, Cinnimon and Sugar. She will be greatly missed by all.
Services for Sandy will be graveside on Monday, June 18, 2018 at 11am in Forest Hills Memorial Park, 391 W. Neversink Rd., Reading, PA 19606. The funeral procession will form in the entrance of the cemetery Monday at 10:30am.
