Born on November 10,1932, in Reading, he was the son of the late Clarence H. and Katherine M. (Bryson) Stick.
He retired from the Army in 1974, after 20 years of honorable service and was further retired from Union Bank in 1997. He was the recipient of the Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal, four Army Commendation Medals, Combat Infinity Badge and numerous medals and ribbons.
He was a member of St. Peters Lutheran Church, Pottstown, where he served on council, Stewardship Committee and as an usher for several years.
Surviving are daughter, Laurie A. wife of Ronald Fillman, Pottstown, 2 sons Gerald C. Jr. husband of Diane, of Douglasville and Terry I., husband of Barbara, of Exeter Township. He is also survived by 6 grand children, 4 great-grand children and numerous nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by his brother Clarence and sister Miriam.
Family & friends will be recieved Friday, April 30, 2021 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Auman's Inc., 390 W. Neversink Rd, Reiffton. Memorial service will commence in the funeral home at 11:30 AM. Inurnment will be private at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the staff of Auman's Inc., Reiffton.
