Betty Lou (Diehl) Fisher, 90, of Cumru Twp., passed away in the Reading Hospital on Friday, October 2, 2015. She was the loving wife of Norman E. Fisher. The couple had been married over 60 years.
Born in Newmanstown on August 11, 1925, Betty Lou was a daughter of the late Arthur Diehl and Blanche Mattes.
Betty Lou was employed with Carpenter Technology for 38 years as an office clerk before retiring in 1986. Surviving is her devoted husband, Norman, and very close friends and neighbors. She will be sadly missed. Services for Betty Lou are private and at the convenience of the family.
