It is with great sadness that Vera’s family announces her peaceful passing on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at the age of 91 years. Vera is predeceased by her husband Don & son Dale. Left to cherish her memory are her son Mike, grandchildren Derek & Jordan, and sister Iris Witherspoon (Victoria, BC). Vera’s greatest passion in life was music. She played the organ for many years at Sacred Heart Church. A Memorial Service for Vera will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Lee Funeral Home, 3101 Dewdney Avenue. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Saskatchewan, 301-2550 12th Avenue, Regina, SK S4P 3X1.
