Mom was ill for a while and passed away peacefully in her sleep, at the Regina General Hospital in the morning of January 5, 2018 at 8:35 am. She is survived by her daughter Sarah Lee (Antoine); son Jean-Paul; her grandchildren Kingston Mathieu, Jayden Sugar; her brother Robert (Joyce) Mathieu; sister Josphine (Barry) Watson; special niece Donna Tourand; best friend Coraline Burns; cousin Francis Laliberte, and many other nephews, nieces, cousins, friends, and all that knew her and loved her. Marie is predeceased by her common-law Maurice Lamarande; parents Henry and Sarazine Mathieu Hinklin; stepfather Stanley Hinklin; sisters Rosia, Francis, Irene, and many other aunts, uncles, grandparents, and cousins that passed away before her.
