Harvey passed away peacefully at the Pasqua Hospital surrounded by his family.
He was predeceased by his parents Agnes and John and brother Ken.
Left to cherish his memory are his four children Darcey (Larry), Kelly (Wayne), Brenda (Albert), and Kent (Debbie); his eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren; and brothers Mike and Larry (Diane).
Harvey retired from Kalium Chemicals after 35 years of service. He enjoyed traveling with his children to Alberta and B.C. After several years, he bought a cottage at Kanata Valley and then Regina Beach where he enjoyed having family and friends visit. He did call Mesa, Arizona home for 12 years during the colder months. Harvey was an avid golfer, curler and enjoyed snowmobiling. In his younger years he also played football and baseball. He also had a huge love for his dogs and his latest dog and best friend, Brooks.
