Glenn was called home from the field by God on March 18, 2014. Waiting for him at Heaven’s gate are: his parents Charles and Eva Farr, brother Harold Farr, granddaughter Janine Farr, daughter Carol Quartly, son Barry Farr, and mother of his children Eleanor Farr. Formerly from Lewvan, SK, Glenn is survived by his daughters: Linda Magnusson, Julie (Rich) Morley, Lorie Farr, 1 daughter-in-law Judy and 1 son-in-law Gordon, 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, plus 1 who will be born in May; 3 sisters-in-law, 1 brother-in-law; numerous nephews and nieces; and many lifelong friends. Dad was a hard worker with a passion for farming, growing processing and shipping his registered grain, custom harvesting and flying his private planes, especially “CF-PKC”. This gained him many friends and associates throughout Canada and the US (especially Texas). His affiliation with “The Saskatchewan Flying Farmer” organization fulfilled his love for camaraderie and travel. Rest in peace Dad, we will miss you. May you forever fly the Heavens in “CF-PKC” and marvel at all its endless wonders and adventures. Special thanks to Leona and the caring staff at Lakeside Home, Wolseley, SK. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Stars Ambulance, Head Office, 1441 Aviation Park NE, Box 570, Calgary AB T2E 8M7
