LaDora “Dori” Esther Lucero was born in 1939 on August 21st. She ended her journey on this earth on Friday January 31st at 7:00pm at the age of 80 years old. She was a class act and full of sass in the best of ways. She was a world traveler, a writer, a supportive friend to all, the best sister, mother and grandmother in the world as her family would agree. She was a writer and won a competition to have the book she was writing published. She passed away with her writing pen in her hand never missing a beat to write down her thoughts. Dori was sharp as a tack and was always on the go, never staying stagnant. She was very active and made many friends where she moved to in Mill Creek, she was loved by everyone who knew her. She now joins her husband Alfred Lucero, her son Mike Lucero and daughter Suzanne Chesney-Lucero together again in Heaven. Dori is survived by her daughter Krista Gibbons-Lucero, Grandchildren; Kyle Yankowski, Alyx Wieringa, Son in love Josh Wieringa and Annabelle Chesney-Lucero; Great Granddaughter Pheebee Chesney-Lucero and her brother Barry Parks. She was an amazing lady who led a wonderful life, she will be dearly missed.
