Brandon Dean Best, passed away on November 27, 2023, in Seattle, Washington, at the age of 33. Born on April 17, 1990, in Tarzana, California, Brandon's zest for life knew no bounds. He was a true trailblazer, leaving behind a legacy of unforgettable memories and laughter.
Brandon, the life of every party and the epitome of fun, had a knack for making everyone around him feel a little more alive. His vibrant personality always kept us on our toes, with his passionate pursuits and brilliantly inappropriate wit.
He leaves behind a symphony of memories for his loving wife, Lauren Best, and their fur children, Mila, Quill, Harley, and Teddy Best. He was a true virtuoso of love and support for his family, and his absence will be felt deeply. Brandon is also mourned by his mother, Robin Best, Aunt and Uncle, Micki and Larry Hollingsworth, and cousins, Chad, Trevor, and Chelsea. He now joins his father, Gary Best, on the great beach in the sky.
While navigating the educational landscape, Brandon attended Lake Oswego High School in Oregon, before venturing off to the University of Arizona and later Stanford. His hunger for knowledge and thirst for new adventures kept him forever evolving.
Professionally, Brandon excelled as a Solutions Engineer for notable tech companies such as Salesforce and Microsoft. His expertise and skills were highly sought after, and he received the prestigious Titanium Honor Award during his first year at Microsoft.
When Brandon wasn't busy conquering the tech world, he had a list of hobbies that would make anyone jealous. From devouring delicious meals and firing up the grill to scaling rock walls, and pumping iron, he never missed a beat. Let’s not forget about his love of great music and adventure. Brandon was always excited to experience something new accompanied by a killer playlist. Whether he was running with his furry companions, sailing the high seas, or catching the perfect wave, Brandon lived life to the fullest.
In lieu of a traditional funeral service, Brandon had already orchestrated a living celebration of life with his closest friends and family. It was a gathering filled with laughter, love, and unforgettable moments. So, let's keep the party going in his honor!
