I was truly blessed to have had the opportunity to befriend such a strong but kind hearted women. I know the loss of this beautiful women will be felt by many but I will miss her spunky way of saying what was on her mind.  Lou was always concerned about my family or how I was doing even when she was fighting her own battles, Lou had a heart as big as herself. 
My thoughts and prayers go out to Lou`s family and all that knew her and I pray for the Lords comfort for you all. I will miss you babe

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief. Take comfort in knowing you are in many thoughts and prayers. 
I miss my Lou! I cherish the time I had with Mary Lou and will miss our special lunches together.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Mary Lou's family.  Though we did not all have the chance to meet her, we are thankful for the time she took to assist the DC Fire Hockey Team.  She was a major influence in creating the team it is today.

I will miss Mary Lou greatly.  She was a wonderful friend.  She was like a mother to me.  She put up a brave battle.  My prayers are with her family.  She will be miss by many...With Love

She was always affectionate & would give me a big hug when we met. I will miss her smiling face!
