1930 - 2011
On March 14, 2011, Cotton left his earthly bandstand - trading it for his heavenly one. His music career spanned 60 + years - starting while in the Navy; serving aboard the U.S.S. Sproston, stationed in Hawaii.
Cotton worked with many bands over the years, traveling across the U.S. and Canada. The last group being "Cimarron"; playing for Senior dances around the N. State.
He is survived and deeply missed by his family:
Wife - Marlene
Children - Dennis and Connie
Step Children - Jeff, Rick, Mike, Kendi and Tammy.
Grandchildren - Chris, Cody, Marty, Cody, Brandi, Kaylin, Ryan, Zac, and Alli.
Great - Grandchildren - Timber and Madison
Sister - Mona
Niece and Nephews - Brenda, Ken, Tim and David.
He was preceded in death by his parents - Bert and Mary Harp.
