Betty Lou Schneider

BettyLou Schneider, Lou to those who loved her, passed away peacefully in her home with her family by her side on October 10, 2017. Lou was born in Vallejo in 1939, to Floyd and Mirium Salisbury. She attended Chico State University, after high school, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree and her teaching certificate. Lou had career in elementary education for more than 40 years.

BettyLou Schneider was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Schneider, in 2013. She is survived by her two sons, Mark and Greg Schneider. She was the loving grandmother to Tyler Schneider, Alec Schneider, Brittany Phillips, Karen Pinochi, and Meredith Gegner. Grandma Lou also had four great granddaughters and three great grandsons that she showered with love at every opportunity. She will be missed greatly.

Following the services at Lawncrest, friends and family will be gathering at her home for a celebration in remembrance of her loving spirit.
