He was predeceased by his wife, Michelle Johnson.
Westley was born in Pottstown, PA., on November 10, 1949 a son of the late Dorothy Johnson.
Westley was an Air Force Veteran serving during the vietnam War Era. He loved to cook, and was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan. He was a drummer for bands in the Reading area.
Surviving are his 3 children; Eric V. Johnson, Westley Beverly and Sasha Wright, brother, Anthony "Stoney" Johnson, sister, Donna Hayes, step son, Vincent Johnson, 15 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Burial and service will be at Ft. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 11:30am.
