She was predeceased by her 1st husband, Harry Hoppes and her 2nd husband, Andrew "Jake" Lorick.
She was born in Reading on August 28, 1948 a daughter of the late John J. and Dorothy (Matter) Famalaro.
Thomasine was a 1966 Reading High School graduate and was employed by U.S. Postal service as a letter carrier for 23 years retiring there. She was an active and loyal member of First Baptist Church in Temple where she served as a deaconess. She was a member of Dove Dancers that were associated with St. Ignatius, who performed spiritual dances often at Berks Heim. She also enjoyed fishing.
Thomasine is survived by her son, Joseph T. Famalaro of Harrisburg, sister Trudie Rhoads and her husband Ted Flowers of Reading, 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildrenand a host of close family relatives. She was predeceased by her grandson, Damian Torrence Famalaro.
