Shirley was born in Reading on August 9, 1935 a daughter of the late Franklin J. and Myrtle M. (Lohmann) Dunlap.
Together with her husband, Shirley was owner/operator of a gas station Amity St. in Reading. Shirley enjoyed camping and traveling with her husband. She was also an avid flea market picker.
Surviving is her daughter-in-law, Christine Wagner, granddaughter, Jillian R. Wagner, 3 great grandchildren; Aidan Wagner, Abigayle Tucker and Easton Tucker, her sister-in-law, Ann L. Wagner and brother-in-law, Brian Powell.
Shirley was predeceased by her son, Charles "Chuck" N. Wagner, Jr.
Graveside Service will be Thursday February 9, 2023 at 1pm in Forest Hills Memorial Park.
