Robert, affectionately known as Tink, was a tremendously hard working man, who was goal and task-oriented in all aspects of his life.
He had a deep love for his wife, family, friends and country.
Robert served in the Army for 18 months in Germany. He dedicated 34 years of his life to Goodman Vending Services.
In his free time, Robert enjoyed being a dog lover, avid hunter, travel enthusiast, music and movie lover, golfer, and a lifetime member of the Lower Alsace Beneficial Association and VFW Birdsboro Post.
He is survived by his loving wife, Shirley A. Quaintance; son Darren Quaintance, husband of Gloria Quaintance; daughter Lori Hevalow, wife of Craig Hevalow; 7 grandchildren; and 6 great - grandchildren.
Robert was preceded in death by his son, Christopher Quaintance, brother Harold Quaintance, sisters Joyce Ferrara and Joan Weaver, as well as both of his parents, Florence Haas and Robert J. Quaintance, Sr.
A Ceremony to honor Robert's life will be Friday April 19, 2024 at 10:30am in Auman's Inc Funeral Home, 390 W Neversink Rd., Reiffton.
Inurnment to follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park. A gathering of friends and relatives will be Friday April 19, 2024 from 9:30-10:30am in the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Animal Rescue League of Reading in his memory.
