Karen was such a great friend and asset to the travel industry. We met years ago on a trip and have been in a couple of organizations together.  She was just a ray of sunshine whenever she was at an event, I think a true reflection of The Lord!  I’ve been so sad to know she was so ill and then to know she has left us.  What a great influence she was in the travel world and I won’t ever forget her and her positive, practical approach to every issue.   I pray for comfort for her family .  Blessings on you during this time.

And I was a part of the  World Wide Church of God ...before  Intergration was “ Legal” Karen and her husband were very friendly. As an African American it meant a lot to be with people who were kind at a time when 
Segration  was a way of life that some wanted...Karen had a genuine smile that made you know she was an authentic person,who had a kind spirit.
A pic of my husband and myself after 35 years of marriage....it’s been over 30 years since I’ve seen Karen ...and have not forgotten her smile and kind spirit.


How fortnate I feel  to have connected with Karen and Terry walking our dogs on the Bayou! I came to know Karen at those encounters and learned what a beautiful lady she was. Always stopped to talk and exchange stories with each other about our families  and our love of animals. She and Terry wonderful people, I will miss her!  My condolences too  Terry,  their wonderful daughter and family.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Terry and Susan at this difficult time.  Thank you for sharing such a wonderful tribute video spanning Karen's lifetime.  I'll always fondly remember my times with Karen in Bible study and the insightful wisdom she brought to our discussions.  Her warm and caring outlook always seemed to radiate outward toward everyone.  I feel blessed to have shared many years of fellowship with Karen and am privileged to have been her friend.

Thank you for sharing such a beautiful memorial video. I am happy that I met Karen at a travel event several years ago. She was such a pleasant person, whom I always looked up to. I’m sure she is in Heaven with Jesus now. Sending prayers and love to your family during this difficult time. 

So sorry to hear of your loss.  I will always remember her smile. May God give you the peace that you need at this time.
