Jeremy was a proud graduate of DeVry University, where he earned a certificate in electrical engineering. His passion for the field led him to a 27-year career as an Electrical Control Engineer with First Quality Enterprises.
Outside of his professional life, Jeremy was a member of the Stony Creek Athletic Association. He was a beach lover at heart, the life of the party, a natural on the dance floor and an avid rock and roll enthusiast, particularly of AC/DC. His love for music extended to playing the guitar, which brought him great joy.
Jeremy was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan, a loyal supporter of the Reading Royals hockey team and enjoyed the camaraderie and excitement of both sports. Fishing was another cherished pastime, allowing him to relax and connect with nature. He also had a special place in his heart for animals, showing kindness and compassion to all creatures.
Jeremy was a sweetheart who possessed a generous spirit, combined with his sharp wit and sense of humor, made his circle of friends as vast as his capacity for love.
Rest in eternal peace, dear Jeremy, and rock on forever ! Your vibrant spirit will be missed by all blessed enough to have known you.
Jeremy's spirit will be carried on by his 4 sisters Laurie Dawkins and her husband Allen, Robin Poole, Allison Dracha and her husband David and Shelia Duyckinck and her husband Robert; and his wife Kristin (Maurer) Poole. He also leaves behind 8 nieces and nephews Danielle, Adrienne, Ashley, Alexis,Julia, Katie, Christopher, David; his caretaker/special friend Georgine Brown; his beloved furbaby Louie and 8 great nieces and nephews to cherish his memory.
A viewing for Jeremy will be held Saturday, June 8, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Auman's Inc. Funeral Home, 390 W. Neversink Rd., Reading, PA 19606. Funeral service will promptly commence in the funeral home at 12:00 PM, with Pastor Angelo Sarna officiating. Graveside committal will immediately follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reiffton.
