She was born in Columbia, S.C. a daughter of the late Grant Taylor and Mattie Sue Williams. She was employed by Reading Hospital as an O.R. Technician for over 26 years retiring there. She was a true and faithful servant of Zion Baptist Church where she served as a missionary. Ms. Jackie enjoyed playing bingo and lottery, watching CNN, and she loved Ray Charles. She also was an Election worker at Lauer's Park School and was V.P. of activities at Reading Elderly high rise.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children; Faye Williams, Joseph Williams, Susan Williams and Michael Williams, 13 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, many great great grandchildren, and her close companion, Albert Norman, as well as a host of close family and friends.
Jacqueline will be reunited in heaven with her son, Madison Williams and granddaughter, TaNeisha Williams.
A Celebration of Life Service will be Friday August 25, 2023 at 11am in Zion Baptist Church, 224 Washington St., Reading, Pa. 19601. Burial to follow in Charles Evans Cemetery.
A viewing will be Friday 9-11am in the church.
