Born in Reading on July 23, 1978, Chris was the only child of David and Connie (Crandall) Crosby. He was a 1994 graduate of Reading High School.
Chris was employed with MI Windows and Doors in Hegins as a window balancer. He was also employed with Zero Ricochet Gun Shop in Hegins. Chris manufactured guns and had created his own business, Crosby Fire Arms and Manufacturing.
He enjoyed playing Poker and traveled to Las Vegas and Atlantic City to play. He also played tournament pool in Atlantic City. Chris' true love were his children whom he adored.
In addition to his wife, Jessica and his parents, David and Connie; Chris is survived by his children: Madison Claire Crosby and Logan Christopher Crosby at home in Tremont; his maternal grandmother, Lenore M. (Adams) Crandall of Bainbridge, NY; father-in-law, Larry D. Nagle of Tremont; mother-in-law, Patricia H. (Enzmann) Blankenbiller and her husband, Richard of Exeter Twp.; sister-in-law, Janelle A. (Lehman) Reynolds and her husband, Brad of Milford, DE; his uncle, Dale D. Crandall and his wife, Judy of Trumansburg, NY; five nieces and nephews: Chase P. Reynolds, Hanna R. Reynolds, Hayden C. Reynolds, Alexandria C. Yanick and Timothy A. Yanick and three cousins: Kimberly Crandall and her wife, Ashley, Carla Crandall and Caitlin (Crandall) Vaughn and her husband, Jon and two second cousins: Carter and Avery.
Also surviving are his furry children: Daisy, Jaspurr and Jack.
Chris is predeceased by maternal grandfather: Dennison R. Crandall; paternal grandparents: James A. and Janet C. (Harding) Crosby and his furry child, Princess.
Chris' family proudly stood by his wishes and gave the gift of life by donating his organs. The family would like to thank Gift of Life for their graciousness and support.
A Celebration of Life service for Chris will be Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 2pm in Grace United Methodist Church, 1112 Union St., Reading, PA 19604. A wake service for Chris will be at 4pm on Thursday following services at Lower Alsace Beneficial Association Picnic Grove, 1206 Roosevelt Ave, Reading, PA 19606.
