She was born in Irvington, N.J. on Nov. 13, 1912, a daughter of the late William LaValla and Althea P (Hassinger) Heyl.
Beulah is survived by her son, William L.H., and his wife, Doris Stillman of Exeter Township; her daughter, Susan S., widow of E.A. Vastyan of Harrisburg; grandson, William J. Stillman II and his friend, J. Scarfone of Hummelstown; grandson,Ranald Macdonald Stillman of Exeter Township; grandson James W.S. Heath of Drexel Hill, and great-grandson Kearney Lockwood of Middletown, Md. Beulah was predeceased by her grandson, James Howell Stillman, on Jan. 18, 2008, and siblings Adelaide Stillman and Col. Rodney W. Heyl.
