Barry Marvin Yeager Jr., 53, of Exeter Township, entered eternal rest on Saturday, April 5, 2025. Born in Pottstown, PA, on May 24, 1971, he was a son to Wanda Bell (Spaar) Yeager and the late Barry Marvin Yeager Sr.
A proud graduate of Pottsgrove High School, class of 1990, Barry’s journey led him to work as an over-the-road truck driver for East Penn Manufacturing for over 10 years— logging countless miles and stories along the way.
Barry lived for the moments that brought him joy. Whether he was hunting in the mountains with the guys, casting a line from a boat at the beach, or chasing giggles from his granddaughters, he was all in. Barry was the kind of guy who couldn’t resist dancing whenever the music hit, and he had the gift of making you feel like you’d been friends forever, even if you’d just met.
Barry's heart was as big as his larger-than-life personality—he’d give you the shirt off his back without a second thought. He didn’t just walk into a room, he lit it up, and once you met him, you never forgot him. He will be deeply missed by all who were lucky enough to know him. Rest easy, dear Barry, and keep spreading that light wherever you are.
In addition to his mother Wanda, Barry's vibrant spirit will be carried on by his beloved wife, Tricia (Moyer) Yeager; his 3 children: Jordyn (Yeager) Shaffer and her husband Alex, of West Lawn; Reese Yeager, of Reading; and Sienna Yeager and her fiancé Angelo Pacheco, of Reading. He also leaves behind his brother Brian Yeager, of Pottstown; his 2 granddaughters Sawyer and Aspen Shaffer, of West Lawn and his niece Mykah Yeager, of Pottstown, to cherish his memory.
The family will greet relatives and friends on Monday, April 14, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Auman's Inc., 390 W. Neversink Rd., Reading, PA 19606, followed by a celebration of life service promptly commencing at 11:30 AM.
It will be a time to remember, laugh, and honor the man who made life a little brighter for everyone who knew him—so come as you are, share a laugh, shed a tear, and celebrate a life that was truly one-of-a-kind.
