Tiffany L. (Macchiarola) Wolf

She was born February 22, 1981, in Ravenna, Ohio, to parents David and Linda (Farnsworth) Macchiarola. Tiffany graduated from Rootstown High School in 1999 and later from Kent State University with Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing . Tiffany was a dedicated Registered Nurse working at Robinson Memorial Hospital and later UHPMC, and the Siedman Cancer Center. She also received her certification as an Oncology Nurse.

Tiffany was a member of New Testament Baptist Church. Tiffany was very crafty and creative. She even used her skills to form "One Crafty Nurse" t-shirt and craft business to help raise money for cancer patients. She was also a dedicated Team Leader for the Portage county Relay for Life.

On October 16, 2004, she married her beloved Jonathan Wolf and together raised their twin sons Brandon and Ryan Wolf. Tiffany is also survived by her parents, and her sisters Sherry and Kristin.

She was preceded in death by her Grandparents Earl and Dorothy Farnsworth, and Nikolas and Ruth Macchiarola.

Friends and family will be received Thursday, August 19, 2021, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM and on Friday, August 20, 2021, from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the New Testament Baptist Church, 3583 State Route 59, Ravenna, where funeral services will be officiated by Pastor Bob Burgess at 11:00 AM on Friday. Interment will follow at Homeland Cemetery.
