She was born February 23, 1917, in Cleveland, Ohio, to parents Michael and Elizabeth (Bella) Sanders. Theresa grew up on a 77 acre farm in Mantua. She was a devoted member of Immaculate Conception Parish and worked as the housekeeper there for many years. Theresa faithfully prayed the rosary and made beaded rosaries while staying at Elmcroft. She also enjoyed crocheting and loved animals.
Theresa was preceded in death by her husband Earl Baer, her parents, and her siblings: Elizabeth, Steve, Michael, John, and Irene.
Her memory will live on through all of her loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Friends will be received Friday, October 16, 2015, from 9:30 – 10:00 AM at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna, with Reverend William Kraynak officiating the funeral service at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at St. Mary Cemetery.
