She was born on June 18th, 1967 in Eastlake, OH to Patrick and Jeanne (nee: Hoytt) Herbert. Teri loved being a mom and grandma, reading a good book, and soaking up the sunshine. She was known for her kindness, unwavering strength, silly sense of humor, and her love for her family.
Teri was the cherished partner of Ricky Kuntz; loving mother of Ashley (Tyler) Bohinc and Cortney (Cynthia) Humpherys; devoted grandmother of Jesse Bohinc; dear sister of Lynne (Mike) Swerbinsky, Richard (Terri) Herbert, Jeffrey (Debbie) Herbert, Patrick (Arlene) Herbert, and Michael Herbert.
Teri will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her memory will live on forever in the special moments she gave all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A celebration of Teri's life has been privately held. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
