She was born February 17, 1942, in Rockville, Maryland, to parents Robert Tingler and Cordelia (Jones) Oberholtzer. Sharon graduated from Rootstown High School, and later was a school bus driver for the district. Most of her working career was in the medical field as a medical transcriptionist across the country, including Sarasota, Florida, and retiring from Brigham Women’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.
Sharon was a loving and doting mother who was always supporting her children. In addition to Boston, Florida, and Ohio, Sharon also lived in Lake Havasu, Arizona. She enjoyed boating up and down the Colorado River and going on motorcycle rides.
Sharon is survived by her children: Jonathan Harris, Kelly (Robert) Pillitiere, and Terrance Harris, her grandchildren: Brandon King and Joshua Pillitiere, as well as her sisters: Carol (John) Gardner, Linda (William) Hurst, and Daniela Lanham.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents and her grandchildren Kyle and Chance Harris.
