Sandra Lynn Berg

She was born December 29, 1944, in Toronto, Canada, to parents James and Edeleen (McKee) Faciana. She was affectionately known as Sandy to her family and friends. Sandy was a registered nurse, working for many years at Robinson Memorial Hospital and later with Heather Knoll Nursing Home in Stow. She often rode her motorcycle to work while wearing her nursing uniform on her way to third shift.

Sandy loved fishing. She also enjoyed dancing and was an avid Cleveland Indians and Browns fan.

She is survived by her siblings: Annette Bango, Laurie (Pete) Peters, and John Faciana, her children: Karen Berg Sams, Kathleen Berg, and Richard (Heather) Berg Jr., as well as her grandchildren: Sonjia, Jason,

Richard, Brittany, Chelsey, Miranda, Elizabeth, David, Robert, and Jennifer, along with all of her loving great-grandchildren.

Friends and family will be received Friday, April 18, 2025, from 1:00 – 2:00 PM with a funeral service officiated by Chaplain Bill Wisniewski at 2:00 PM at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna.
