She is survived by her daughters, Joni (Charlie) Holloway, Bonnie (Sam) Beetler both of Ravenna and Andrea (Matthew) Anderson of Shaker Heights, Ohio. Surviving also are her grandchildren, Charlie (Tiffany) Holloway, Michael Holloway; Steven Daugherty, Danyell Daugherty; Samuel Beetler ll, Matthew (Tonya) Beetler; Oriana Anderson and Emerie Anderson and her great-grandchildren Jacob, Kaitlyn, Emily, Stephanie, Olivia, Owen, Liam and Ella.
Rosemary was proceeded in death by her husband, Howard (Bud) Schwinn; daughter Pamela Daugherty; son-in-law Howard Daugherty; parents Ora and Hazel Smith; brothers Earl and George and her sister Martha.
Rosemary attended college, having her first job working at the same company as her father Ora in Cadiz, Ohio. She was the secretary to both Drs. Walter and Ed Webb. She went on to run the first Postal Credit Union in Ravenna. Finishing her career in Hudson, Ohio.
She never let the grass grow under her feet. She loved traveling with her husband Bud. They spent their winters in Florida. Going on to live there full time until she moved back to Ravenna 6 years ago.
Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends.
Rosemary sewed, making most of her clothes and her children’s while growing up. She loved playing cards and games and camping in the summers. She was a member of First Christian Church in Ravenna and an associate member of Adventure Christian Church in Tavares, Florida.
Family will receive friends at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St. Ravenna, on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 from 11am until the 12pm funeral service. Inurnment next to her husband will immediately follow at Maple Grove Cemetery.
