Patricia was born in Orange, Ohio, to Leo and Nancy Klauck.
She grew up in Chagrin Falls in a family of nine brothers and sisters. She was called by her family PattiLou. PattiLou always talked of the fun she had with her family.She loved her dads singing and piano playing and his adventurous road trips. She loved her summers living at the gas station her dad ran in Chagrin Falls. Her family lived five doors up from the Chagrin Roller Rink. They all became very good skaters and helped put on skating shows when they were young. (Patti was still skating at 79 yrs old!)
Patricia married Edward Price on February 7, 1953, and they moved to Ravenna. They went on to have five children,2 boys 3 girls. They bought a little house for their family. Patricia was a very hard worker but always took time to play with her children! She helped with the school PTA Carnivals, She had a Cub Scout PAC, taught sewing for 4-H
In 1979 They moved to Forest City NC, There she worked at Quincey’s restaurant for years and they had an office cleaning business.
Patricia throughout her life was known for her kindness and generosity, and her knack of having fun with adults and especially children!! She had a beautiful voice and sang all the time. She loved writing poetry and was known for being an amazing story teller! She loved loved dancing. Pat could really cut a jitterbug!!!
Just 2 yrs ago at 82 she danced her heart out at her grand daughter’s wedding!
Patricia was blessed with 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Everyone of them were precious to her. She always took time to have fun with them they were the loves of her life!
The most important part of Patricia’s life was in 1972 she became one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She was part of the Forest City,North Carolina Congregation for close to 40 years. Patti always had a deep love for God and people and when she learned from the Bible about Jehovah God and his son Jesus Christ and The wonderful promises God holds out for mankind her love was sharing that good news with anyone she came in contact with! Her Love of Gods word was so evident in her knowledge of the scriptures.
One promise From the Bible that Patricia held on to was the promise of a resurrection to a Paradise earth in (John 5:28,29).When she lost her husband, her son and daughter it was that promise that got her through it. So to it is for her family now.
Patricia will be missed so very much but it brings us so much comfort to picture her back with us again healthy with her beautiful smile and hear her singing, and her asking us are we ready to dance!
Patricia is survived by her daughters Peggy Csierny (Michael) of Ravenna, Brenda Hall of Forest City, North Carolina, son Gregory Price of Kent Oh. Her two younger brothers Jim Klauck of Florida and Frank Klauck of Kent Oh.
She is preceded in death by her husband Edward Price, son Edward, and daughter Barbara. And her other siblings.
