Nancy Ann Springston McDowell

She was born March 7, 1965, in Akron, Ohio, to Harold and Anna (Tyler) Springston. Nancy enjoyed the outdoors, especially camping and her flower gardens. She was devoted to her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter Rachel McDowell and son Eric McDowell of Brimfield, her mother Anna Springston of Streetsboro, grandchildren Emberly “Emmy” Berry and Jaysiah “Jax” Brumley, brothers Richard (JoAnne) Springston of North Carolina and Mitchell (Ellen) Springston of Brimfield.

Nancy was preceded in death by her husband Eric G. McDowell and her father Harold Springston.

Friends will be received Wednesday, February 15, 2012, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna, where funeral services will be officiated by Pastor Chuck Rhinehart on Thursday at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Streetsboro.
