Mike David Ferrell

He was born April 28, 1955, in Ravenna, a son of Raymond and Rosemary (Szabaga) Ferrell. Mike was a member of the Ravenna Church of Christ and has worked at the East Manufacturing Corporation in Randolph since 1977. He enjoyed all sports and was an avid golfer. Mike also enjoyed drag racing, traveling, and camping.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years Debbie (Daugherty) Ferrell; his sons: Chris Ferrell of Cuyahoga Falls and Matt Ferrell of Ravenna; mother Rosemary Ferrell of Ravenna; brother: Larry (Nancy) Ferrell of Ravenna; sister: Linda Summers of Columbus; father and mother-in-law: Don and Louise Daugherty of Ravenna; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other loving extended family members.

Mike was preceded in death by his father Raymond Ferrell.

Friends will be received Friday, October 22, 2010, from 5-8 PM at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna, where funeral services will be officiated by Minister Terry Smith on Saturday at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Grandview Memorial Park.
