He was born August 7, 1955, in Ravenna, Ohio, to parents Clay and Lois (Matley) Roseling. Mike was a certified “jack-of-all-trades.” He worked as a mechanic, in construction and home improvement, and as a landscaper. In fact, he took pride in his meticulous lawn. Mike loved being outside, especially if he was fishing, boating, or camping.
Most of all, he cherished the time spent with his family. Mike is survived by his wife Lisa (Lichtenberger) Roseling, his children: Brenda (Dan) Roseling, Teresa (Dave) Roseling, Melissa (Mark) Moore, Michael (Ira) Rosling, and Dian (Heath) Roseling, his step-children: Christine Warner, Sara (Carl) Jacobs, Raymond (Kelly) Warner, and Derek (Tiffany) Warner, and he was “Papaw” to his 34 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Michael is also survived by his siblings: Pam (Kenny) West, Karen Daniels, Dian Bellino, Eugene Roseling, Becky Kline, along with many loving nieces, nephews, and extended family members, including his special niece Karen Smith and his four legged daughter Nay Nay.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Darleen Davis, his grandson Jonathan Jarvis, his very special brother-in-law Jerry Kline Sr., and his four legged son Thunder.
Friends and family will be received Saturday, May 6, 2023, from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM with a funeral service officiated by Pastor David Ballert at 12:00 PM at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna. Interment will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery.
