Mary was born in Beckley, West Virginia to parents James and Emma (Gardner) Kaylor Sr. She spent many years in the banking industry and after that managed many convenience stores and known to be very hardworking. Mary had a heart of gold and would give the shirt off her back if it meant helping someone. In her earlier years she enjoyed bowling and loved amusement parks. General Hospital was her favorite soap opera to watch and she loved to laugh.
Mary is survived by her children Tina (Mike) Wilson, Lisa Vanover and Robert (Katie) Rzepka Jr.. Surviving also are her seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, her siblings: James (Bev) Kaylor Jr., Johnny Kaylor, Wanda Kaylor, brother-in-law Phillip “Bud” Bailey and many loving nieces and nephews.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, her husband John M. Reed and her brother Hobart Kaylor and sister Kattie Bailey.
There are no services scheduled and a Celebration of her Life will be held at a later date.
