Margaret Isabelle McKinley Vild

Margaret was born on July 7, 1912 in Greenwich, Ohio to Ralph and Orva McKinley.

Margaret was a legal secretary for many years and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Ravenna where she taught Sunday school for 15 years. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and aunt. Margaret was an avid reader who also loved and enjoyed crafts.

Margaret is survived by her daughter, Lory Vild. She is also survived by her sister, Dorothy McKinney and her brother-in-law, David Clark. Surviving also are her nieces: Patricia (Joe) Hashman, Cheryl (Orville) Murphy, Brenda McKinney and Bernagene (George) Heider, and also her nephews: Thomas (Lana) Horvath, Lon Herman, Paul Herman, Duane Vild and Phillip Vild. She also leaves her 10 great-nieces and 10 great-nephews.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Raymond G. Vild, and her sisters: Sara E. Clark and Jeanette Horvath.

Cremation has taken place and a graveside service at Maple Grove Cemetery will occur on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at 11:00AM with Pastor Scott Purdum officiating.
