Joseph L. Aleshire, age 61 of Edinburg, passed away February 18, 2024, surrounded by his family. He was born September 12, 1962, in Cleveland, Ohio, to parents Betty Lou (Cook) and Estel C. Aleshire Sr.
Joe graduated from Hudson High School and attended the University of Akron. He was a welder, working mostly for Rotocast Technologies in Akron.
Joe enjoyed relaxing with his dog, “Buddy.” He also enjoyed learning about American history, especially his own heritage.
Joe is survived by his daughter Rachael Aleshire, his sister Libby Aleshire, nieces Melissa (Nathan) Johnson and Jennifer (Dave Stimmell) Aleshire, and nephew Stephen (Rebecca) Laing, along with many other loving extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Estel Aleshire Jr.
