Irene retired from the payroll department at Swagelok. She was a member of St. Joseph Parish in Mantua. Irene was a devoted wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother. She enjoyed traveling with her husband, especially the trips to Las Vegas and several cruises.
Irene is survived by her children: Samantha Ittel, Elizabeth (Ed Hayes) Ittel, Steve (Rachel) Ittel, and David (Kelli) Ittel, her grandchildren: Sarah Wise, Jonathan Piggott, David Michael Ittel, Grace Ittel, and Alyssa Ittel, as well as her great-grandchildren: Peyton, Eli, and Novah Carlberg, and her sister Shirley Osborne.
Irene was preceded in death by her husband John Ittel on August 19, 2015. She was also preceded by her parents and her sister Joyce Gravois.
