Harold Wade Roark, Sr.

He was born December 26, 1949, in Charleston, West Virginia, to parents Hamilton and Elaine Lively Roark. Harold was a hardworking man who always provided for his family. In his spare time, he enjoyed riding his Harley and shooting pool. Most of all, he cherished his time spent with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He especially loved spending time with his Bub (Jordan) and watching him play baseball and football. Harold was his #1 fan.

Harold is survived by his beloved wife Veronica (Douglas) Roark, his children: Mary Catherine Roark, Harold Wade Roark Jr., William Hamilton Roark, his step-children: George Todorovich, Sue (Brian) Stachowski, Jason Todorovich, as well as his siblings: Peppie (George) Atha, Minnie (John) Zerucha, and Butch Roark. He is also survived by his 21 grandchildren and all of his loving great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Phillip “Mickey” Roark, his brother Bill Roark, his sister Mary Lorinza and his sister Caroline Wheeler.

Harold’s wishes for cremation are being honored, and a Celebration of Life will take place on a later date.
