Garry A. Pittman

He was born June 8, 1942, in Ravenna, Ohio, to parents Wade and Dorothy (Hendrix) Pittman. Garry spent several years of his childhood in Woodsfield, Ohio, living with his grandparents Hollie and Nellie Hendrix.

Garry was a truck driver, and pretty much loved anything that had a motor and went fast. He was an avid NASCAR fan. Garry would also drag race motorcycles and later cars.

Garry is survived by his beloved wife Gayla (Crites) Pittman, who he married September 21, 1968. He is also survived by his children: Tami Crum, Teri (Kevin) Moore, Tina (Tony) Brown, Gary (Ildiko) Pittman, Curt Pittman, Christine Gibbons, his brothers: Jack (Charlene) Pittman and Ed (Ginger) Pittman, as well as all of his loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren, including his special granddaughters that never left his side Brittany, Kayla, Katelyn, Madison, and Charlie-Ann.

Garry was preceded in death by his parents, his son-in-law Rob Gibbons, and his great-granddaughter Zoe.
