Frances was born in Akron, Ohio on September 5, 1922 to parents Samuel and Bettina (Mazza) Mancino. She was a wonderful wife and mother to her family. Frances had attended the Ravenna Assembly of God and most recently Bethel Baptist Church. She was extremely musically talented and played the pedal steel guitar. Frances travelled throughout the United States performing and even displayed her talents at the Grand Ole Opry. Unfortunately she developed macular degeneration in her older years but could still play expertly. Because of this experience she enjoyed her association with the Blind Society.
Frances is survived by her son Joseph Cooley, 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and many loving nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Roy Cooley, sons: George E. Cooley & John E. Cooley and her daughter-in-law Anna Cooley.
Private family services are planned and her final resting place will be Hillside Cemetery in Shalersville.
