Debbie Lyn Loughney

She was born March 9, 1959 in Akron, OH to parents Lawrence and Florence Howard. She grew up in Brimfield and graduated from Field High School in 1977. She most recently worked at Kent State University where she had been employed for the last 15 years.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Sethman; children, Craig (Rosie) Loughney of Atwater; Jordan (Margaret) Loughney of Kent; Tiffani Loughney of Charlestown; and step-son, Clayton Sethman. She was a very proud and loving grandmother to Miyah, Kiana, Kaydence, Kaley, Raiden and Collin. Her children and grandchildren were one of the greatest joys in her life. She also leaves behind her mother; sisters, Vicki Mellon, Kim Fitzgerald and Brandy Brady and many nieces and nephews.

Debbie loved camping; yard sales; Halloween; hosting family gatherings; sitting on the back porch; reading; crafting; and, most importantly, wearing pajamas!

Debbie was preceded in death by her father; brother, Kevin Howard; and step-father, Perry Brady.

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
