He was born March 21, 1950, in Canton, Ohio, to parents Wallace Eugene and Rosella May (Syler) Rohrer. David proudly served his country as a veteran of the US Army in the Vietnam War. When he returned, David began a 35 year career at General Electric in Ravenna.
One of David’s main interests was computers. He enjoyed playing solitaire on them, as well as working on them. David and his son had a business at the Hartville Flea Market providing computer repair services. He also enjoyed camping, fishing, golfing, driving his ’57 Chevy, and going to flea markets.
On August 11, 1973, he married his beloved Deborah Ann Langston, who survives him. He is also survived by his children: David (Kathleen) Rohrer, Jonathon (Melissa) Rohrer, and Angela Rohrer, as well as his 14 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, sisters Deborah (Paul) Clapper and Cheryl (Pete) Kreiger, and his brother Terry (Shelly) Rohrer.
David was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Gary Rohrer.
