Charles D Stoneking

Charles was born July 14, 1932 in Gilmer County, West Virginia to the late Jennings Lee and Mary Helen (Gochenour) Stoneking. Charles was a heavy equipment operator for many years before retirement.

His lifelong hobby was working on all types of cars and trucks, especially his Ford T-buckets, but he was most fond of his yellow '51 Chevy Pick-up that he built.

Charles is survived by his wife, Catherine Virginia Stoneking of Ravenna; his sons, Stephen J. (Jan) Stoneking of Ravenna, Rick D. (Kellie) Stoneking of Newton Falls; his daughters, Mary A. (Larry) Croft of Bluffton, SC and Cindi L. (Brett) Weinkauf of Ravenna; 11 Grandchildren, 24 Great-grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren; and a brother Michael D. (Helen) Stoneking of Akron.

Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Jennings L. Stoneking.

In lieu of services, a celebration of life will be held at the Ravenna Eagles

On Saturday Feb 3rd. 2pm to 4pm for family and close friends.
