Barbara Karen Haney

She was born April 13, 1939, in Ravenna, Ohio, a daughter of the late Edward A. and Frances R. Baldwin. Barbara worked as a Field bus driver for seven years, was a manger for Lawson’s/Dairy Mart, and also worked as a home health aide.

She was preceded in death by the love of her life Robert F. Haney, her parents, sisters Elaine, Arlene, Elveeta, and Erma, brothers Charles and Harold, son Robert F. Haney Jr., and grandson Robert D. Dowey.

She leaves behind her brother Gary Baldwin of St. Petersburg, FL, daughters: Robin (Rich) Dowey of Tallmadge, Tanya Robertson of Austintown, Andrea (Brett) Johnson of Uhrichsville, Denise (Jim) Uglow of Kent, and Sherri Chicko of Kent; as well as her 13 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was a great inspiration to each and every one of us.

Cremation has taken place, and a Time of Remembrance will be held on Sunday, February 24, 2013, from 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM at Richie Hall, 109 West Ave., Tallmadge, OH 44278.
