Barbara Lynne Clark

Barbi was born in Columbus, GA. On June 13, 1960 to parents William and Annie (Sim) Dafoe. She enjoyed a long career as a medical secretary and had been retired.

Barbi was the most giving lady alive and found joy and laughter in everything. She enjoyed swimming, shopping for others and loved the ocean. Barbi enjoyed writing and poetry and was a published author and poet. Most of all she was a loving wife and mother who considered her family and grandchildren most important to her.

Barbi is survived by her husband of 18 years, David Clark and her children Joshua (Kathleen) Dafoe and Amanda Binns. Her beloved grandchildren Jordan, Cole, Karmen, Kamren, Kaia, Liam, Lillian, and Louella also survive her. She also leaves her brothers Travis Davis, Robert Dafoe and her beloved “fur babies” Gizmo and Charles “Charlie” Davis.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Carolyn Davis, Raymond Davis and Rex Davis.

A Celebration of her Life will be held at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna, Ohio on Saturday, August 8, 2020 and family will receive friends from 11:00am until 1:00pm. It is recommended that everyone attending services wear a mask and practice social distancing.

Memorial contributions can be made in her name to either Haven of Portage County or the Portage County APL.
