Vincent was an especially kind, gentle and patient husband, father and grandfather who gave his unconditional love and support to his entire family. His warm and friendly nature was a gift that he shared with everyone he met; and this included the many faces he encountered on his daily route as a mailman in Selden, Long Island. Throughout his life he loved music, especially playing the guitar and singing with the barbershop chorus. In 1959, Vincent was drafted into the US Army, which provided him the opportunity to see the world and meet his bride, in Schwetzingen, Germany.
He is lovingly remembered by Margot, his dear wife of 52 years, son Thomas, his daughters Gabriele Daigle and husband Ron, Susan Durham and husband Jeff, and his brother, Joseph and cousin Pauline Licata. Vincent was blessed with five grandchildren, Tanya Zegers and husband Ernie, and Ronnie Daigle, Zachary, Jenna and Karli Durham and two great grandchildren, Emma and Jackson Zegers.
